Building & Safety

The Building and Safety Division is responsible for the building and safety standards for the design, construction, use, and occupancy, of all buildings and structures within the City of Dana Point.

Code Enforcement

The Code Enforcement Division promotes, maintains, and enforces ordinances and laws to preserve, protect, and enhance the quality of life in Dana Point.

Planning

The Planning Division of the Community Development Department provides the citizens of Dana Point with an array of current and advanced planning services.
